Entrepreneurship Development Cell
Entrepreneurship Development Cell inspires the budding engineers to float their own business/venture through various seminars and workshops. Eminent industrialists and budding entrepreneurs are often invited to motivate the young students. The successful alumni of SKCET pursuing the entrepreneurial route also encourage our students through frequent interactions. The college also has an active Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) funded by the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. Funds worth to a tune of Rs.5,00,000 are offered to five best innovative students projects every year to enable them to take it to the market. The following innovative projects are selected for funding so far.

Entrepreneurship Development cell helps the faculty and students in filing their patents. The products designed and developed by the faculty and students through their innovative ideas are displayed in the project expo organized by the Entrepreneurship Development cell, their properties are analyzed by their end users and finally a patent will be filed for the product (Read More).
ENTREPRENEURSHIP AWARENESS CAMP
The Entrepreneurship Awareness Camp was supported by Department of Science and Technology- National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB) for the academic year 2017-2018 and 2018-2019. Four Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps have been organized for the academic year 2017-2018 and two camps have been organized for the academic year 2018-2019.
