The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET) was established in the year 2015. The IQAC cell at SKCET plays a pivotal role in ensuring a culture of excellence by implementing a robust quality assurance framework. The IQAC cell actively engages in promoting a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of the Institution’s functioning. The IQAC cell also plays a crucial role in upholding the college’s accreditation status and ensuring adherence to both national and international quality standards.

By employing a comprehensive feedback mechanism. It also ensures that the suggestions and concerns of students, staff, and stakeholders are addressed with utmost efficacy. The Institution follows a Consistent Industry-based curriculum redesign process, establishes Centres of Excellence and Memorandums of Understanding with prominent Industries and encourages students and faculty members to take up professional courses in Industries

Feedback Systems

IQAC monitors Effective feedback systems that involve regular and constructive assessments of student performance to identify areas of improvement and reinforce positive learning behaviors contributing to continuous academic development.

Mentor-Mentee System

The effective mentor-mentee system pairs experienced mentors with students to provide guidance, support and knowledge sharing enabling personal and professional growth of students and helping mentees steer through the academic challenges.

Systematic documentation within the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) entails the meticulous recording and preservation of data pertaining to quality assurance and enhancement initiatives. This encompasses the documentation of institutional policies, academic and administrative audits, stakeholder feedback, and the formulation and execution of action plans, thereby ensuring ongoing quality improvement and adherence to accreditation standards.

In the Institutional level, IQAC maintains and updates Policy documents, compiles and publishes annual reports highlighting Institutional achievements and progress, Prepares and submits documents for accreditation and certification purposes.

In the department level, IQAC helps department develop and update handbooks outlining processes, ensures departments maintain up-to-date course files, including syllabi, lesson plans and assessment records, assists departments in showcasing their documents helps department maintain accurate records and data on student learning outcomes, faculty achievements and research activities.
