Eligibility Criteria

Cut-Off Marks 2023-24

 

A Pass in any one of the HSC(Vocational Subject: both +1 and +2) as given below with anyone of the Engineering related subjects namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with a minimum average percentage put together as given below:

If Admission under TNEA SPECIAL RESERVATION Category

In case of Special Category, documents related to special category are to be submitted at the time of admission as in Annexure B. (Sports Quota, Persons with benchmark disabilities, aSon’s / Daughters of Ex-Servicemen category etc)

In case of First Graduate Category, documents related to First Graduate certificate and Joint Declaration Formare to be submitted at the time of admission as in Annexure C. (If Brother / Sister who is studying in any professional course but not availing FG benefits have to submit a Bonafide certificate from their college)

In case of 7.5% GSS Category, School Bonafide Certificate and Undertaking form as in Annexure D.

In case of Post Matric Scholarship (PMSS)for SC /ST and SCC (converted Christians) the eligible candidates have to submit income certificate. (Parental income less than or equal to Rs.2,50,000/-from all sources are only eligible.)

Important Note

All the applicants are informed that the original certificates produced at the time of admission will be retained in the Institution and will not be returned under any circumstances whatsoever until TNEA Document Verification.

The applicants are advised to take sufficient photocopies of all the certificates(i.e.) Allotment Order,12thMarkSheet, 11thMarkSheet,10thMark Sheet, Community Certificate, Testimonial from the Head of the Institution last Studied etc., before submitting them to the Institution.

Passport size Photographs(color with white background)should have been taken within a period of three months, prior to the submission.

After proper scrutiny of his/her certificates, if it is found that any details furnished by him/her in the application form are not correct, then

  • He/ She will be forfeit the admission no matter at what stage of the course he/she is at that time.
  • He/ She will be debarred from pursuing the studies for a period of three years.
  • Legal action will be instituted against him/her for furnishing wrong details.
