  • During the last 2018 years of trendsetting and highly successful journey, our department is thrived into a most trusted creator of innovative and knowledge-seeking ideas through 18 Patents and Published Papers in 126 Peer Reviewed Journals with high impact factor.
  • Our Department has 8 Government funded projects, which improves the research performance by building a critical mass of researchers who would develop a distinctive portfolio of high-quality discovery, and applied and commercial research.
    Our students are constantly exploring and unleashing their technical spirits by enthusiastic participation and winning in various National and International Level Hackathons.
    Recognized Research Centre strives to provide facilities to our Ph.D. students/ Researchers to transform their project and research ideas into a bigger reality. The research ecosystem continues to grow more robust and thrive with intellectual energy as Ph.D. candidates grow in number.
  • The state of art Industry based curriculum promotes more responsibility towards industry needs by framing a curriculum which streamlines skills for employment and positive work values needed to meet the demands of the changing industry and global environment.

An MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) is signed between our institution and companies for the benefit of our students. MoU or Letter of Intent (LoI) is an agreement between two parties in order to achieve a common goal. The students can avail internships, do projects, explore possibilities of profession before graduation and Industrial Training. Our Institution has signed the following MoU with industries and organisation in order to guide the students to reach a spirit of learning and sense of commitment.

M.E. Computer Science And Engineering

About

Computer Science Engineers apply the principles of computer science and mathematical analysis to the design, development, testing and evaluation of the software systems. The department of CSE was established in the year 1998. The department holds one U.G. Degree Programme- B.E.Computer Science and Engineering and two P.G. Degree Programmes namely M.E. Computer Science and Engineering and M.E. Software Engineering. The total sanctioned intake of the CSE department is 180 students, which is empowered by 51 faculty. The Department is recognised by Anna University as a Research Centre and has successfully produced 14 Ph.D. scholars. Amazon, ZOHO, Fourkites, Informatica, Sirius, Codingmart, Hashed In, Zilker, Coviam, Odessa, Kaar, Virtusa, Intain, Value Labs, Astrazeneca, Gain insights, Aspire Systems, Vedantu, Atlas, Freshworks, Accenture, Infoview, WIPRO, Athena Health Care, Skill Lync and Tech Mahindra Ltd, are some of the prominent placement companies that visit our campus offering a good package. Entrepreneurship Development Cell and IO Club are active clubs of the department and students are encouraged to be a part of professional bodies like IEEE, ISTE,IEEE Computer Society (IEEECS), Computing Research Association and American Mathematical Society. Computer Science Engineers are offered various roles in the industry as Database Analysts, Web Developers, Mobile Applications Developer, Software Testing, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Architect, System Engineer and Information Technology Manager.Computer Science is an exciting, challenging and growing field that impacts the world and everyday life in countless ways.
